Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Well! I'm from Italy, I think I can help you. I propose you some names:

"La Giovine Italia" (The Young Italy), by the name of the famous political movement founded by Giuseppe Mazzini in the early years of '800, before Italian unification.
Or how about some historical film titles, for example "La Dolce Vita" (The Sweet Life) or "Amarcord" ("I remember", from the Romagnolo dialect "a m'arcòrd"), both by the great Federico Fellini?

Another nice idea would be to return to the Futurist meals. This year we celebrated the centenary of the Futurist Manifesto here in Italy, very important for us because it was a pure Italian art movement in '900.

Like in the "Manifesto of Futurist Cooking" you might change the name of meals as Futurists did, for example "polibibita" to indicate "cocktail", or "traidue" for sandwiches, or "salsa rubra" for ketchup.

Lastly, if you want to specialize in typical regional meals I recommend you a dialectal name.

I hope it's helpfull for you. If you need I'm here for more tips. See you ;)

"Alimento Squisito" - This means "delicious food" in italian.

I know it's a foreign language making it hard to pronounce for others, you can call it A.S. for short. Create a striking logo so that anyone would easily identify it... :)
