Here is a simple and easy recipe tried out by me and appreciated by my friends and relatives.
CREAMY SPINACH
Prepare spinach by boiling without water. Place in a saucepan and cook for 10 -15 minutes, turning the vegetables several times so that it cooks evenly.
When tender, chop the spinach finely.
Now put into a saucepan. For1/2 a bunch of spinach use 2 tablespoonfuls of butter. Place on fire, and when hot, add 1 tablespoonful of flour; stir well until smooth and bubbling.
Season to taste. Add the chopped spinach and simmer 2 or 3 minutes. Lastly, add 1 cupful of hot cream, mix thoroughly and cook for about 2 minutes more and serve.
