I need a good book, in the vein of "Good to Great", to use in a manager's meeting. We read a chapter a week and discuss.Any ideas?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

A couple books in the same area are:
7 Habits of highly effective people (a classic)
Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done (Another very good read)
Know-How: The 8 Skills That Separate People Who Perform from Those Who Don't (similar to 7 Habits)
Hope this helps, I think everyone reading a chapter and then having input is a very good idea!

Wow... too bad you selected an answer so quickly. I had some other suggestions... Next time, you might want to wait a bit longer for people to get to your question.
Didn't get on here quick enough, obviously, to post an answer. My choice for a great book in the genre would have been:
