I need 2 take info from Outlook emails & put into an Excel spreadsheet.Any info on how 2 to do this easily?

Info in Outlook emails - names, phone numbers, email addresses,date received,etc. This info is not in Outlook's contact list. Thanks!

It can be done, but not necessarily easy. You can access the outlook e-mail data through an Outlook form and using VBA code, extract it and then import it into excel. There are lots of instructions for how to do this if you are a programmer.

If you are not a programmer, but want to get to the data without having to cut and paste, then you will want to check out some of the software options like this one:
