I just never seem to have the time for fitness or anything extra. Where do I go wrong?

Time management, yes. How to juggle family, work, fitness program, tv, internet, shopping, meeting friends, etc. I feel so overwhelmed. Where can I find a plan] to help me manage the available time better to include a regular fitness program?
