You don't get any of the nasty stuff that a normal cigarette has and instead you are basically exhaling water vapor. There are different types of e-juice out there as well. Right now I have Pina Colada, French Toast (It's really good!), a few tobacco flavors, licorice, red bull, clove, and I just ordered cinnamon and double mint haha!
If you buy one of these, get a cheap one, don't buy them from some vendor in a mall. Order a bunch of extra atomizers and get a USB plug to avoid dead batteries.
