I just cleaned my fish tank out today, a 75% water change. Now my black molly has white fuzzy spots on the top of her head. Treatment?

I have a 30 gallon tank, one algae eater, one adult black molly, and about 20 baby black mollies. The water is clear and my tank is about 2 months old.

It sounds as if your fish has ich. I would suggest you visit your local pet store to purchase a treatment. The staff there may also be able to offer additional suggestions. From my own experience in the past I treated the entire tack as this can spread to the other fish.
