I have the Recommended System Requirements for Crysis but i can't play this game in high graphics. What's the Reason?

My system:
1. Operating System: Win Vista SP1
2. Processor: Intel E7400 2.8GHz
3. Memory: 2*2GB = 4GB (DDR 2)
4. VGA: nvidia 9600 GT (1GB DDR3 256 bit DirectX 10)
What's the reason that I Can't Play using high graphics?
