I have seen avatars in wordpress called gravatar , similarly i want 2 add in my blogspot blog http://www.qwertyweb.blogspot.com , how do i ?
just like gravatar is universal avatar and anywhere ewe comment using that website url , we get same avatar , but not in case of blogspot blogs , only blogger profiles have avatars , so if any user comments on my blog having a worspress blog , his avatar wont be seen , so how do i ?

Im not sure if Blogspot support Gravatars but if they do, then your commenter's will need to sign up with Gravatar and associate an email address with an avatar. Then when they use a site that supports Gravatars, they just need to enter the email address they used at Gravatar and their avatar will show up automatically. It might be worth asking Blogspot if the support Gravatar
