about Panini Grill
i have just acquired a panini machine but do not have the operating instructions, do your fillings have to be heated seperately,
also how long do you have to cook them for? many thanks

Congratulations on your acquisition. Paninis are much fancier than plain sandwiches with hardly any extra fuss. Just throw your ingredients between 2 slices of bread (a light brushing of oil or butter on the outside of the bread is optional but advisable) and place your stack in the machine. Close and wait about 10 minutes until it's ready. The first few times though, without having established an intimate knowledge of the machine, lift the lid to check your panini every several minutes until the grill lines are exactly the right shade of golden brown.
