I have horrible cramps in my bowels. What are some natural remedies?
I already resumed eating yogurt, but I know that will take a week or two to remedy the situation. I thought it was just gas at first, but well, the matter that comes out is not quite solid but not quite liquid either. I don't like to take drugs if I can help it. Is there something I can eat or a tea that I can drink that will help it faster than yogurt will? This will teach me to keep on eating yogurt, even when I am just fine. I could kick myself for stopping.

It sounds from the symptoms you mentioned that you could have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Peppermint is an excellent home remedy it is good for cramps, spasms, consitipation and colic. It can eliminate the gas and stomach bloating. It also improves digestion and stimulates the colon to rid itself of toxins. I used to give my children peppermint water when they had colic and it worked wonderfully.
