Regular caffeine consumption has been linked to many benefits such as:

-Reducing the risk of heart failure

-It can help to prevent diabetes

-Prevention of Parkinson's disease

-Slowing the buildup of brain plaque often associated with Alzheimer's

In natural forms, such as coffee, and green tea, it is a colonic; it stimulates the central nervous system, and consequently enhances the natural "triggering" of the contractions of certain muscles in the area, and in turn supporting the intestinal tract "release" process, and thus helping to clean out your system efficiently.

However, some would argue that the "caffeine," in green or black tea, isn't actually caffeine, but a very similar compound with a slightly different molecular structure.
