i have been trying for while to get pregnant what kind of foods should i eat to get pregnant fast?

i am 32 years old i am trying very hard to get pregnant the doctor told me i have a slight blockage in one tube what should i do to help me get pregnant?

There are a lot of foods that can boost your fertility. . Eating good fat such as salmon fish, mackerel etc, you can have the red meat, beans and nuts which helps a lot. The things to be avoided are alcohol and caffeine. Milk contains galactose which is not good , so don't take lots of milk products. Keeping a pillow under your hip while love making also helps in transport of the sperms. Try to make love during early morning and afternoon.

These are the food that is helpful for conceiving:

1.Complex Carbohydrates - eating whole grains, beans, vegetables and whole fruits can improve ovulation and chances of getting pregnant

2.Iron - iron-rich foods like lean meat and poultry can help increase the chances of a woman ovulating compared to those who have less iron intake.

3. Calcium and Vitamin D - this will help women before and during pregnancy
examples: low-fat dairy products

4. Magnesium - brown rice, nuts, barely, legumes and green leafy vegetables. This food will support the rhythmic contractions of the fallopian tubes and help the sperm to meet the egg for conception.

5. Vitamin C - fruits and vegetables specifically from the citrus family, strawberry, kiwifruit, blackcurrant, rose hip, broccoli and brussel sprouts are rich with Vitamin C.

6. Vitamin E- salmon, fish

Eating a diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables is good for everybody, but especially for women who want to become pregnant. You want foods rich in Vitamin B6 and folic acid (leafy greens, nuts, and whole grains), Vitamin C (citrus fruits and strawberries), and calcium (low-fat dairy products).

Drink green tea or orange pekoe, and be sure to drink plenty of water, too. Teas are full of antioxidants which boost the immune system.

Get plenty of exercise as well. The healthier you are, the more likely you are to conceive. Good luck!
