I agree somewhat with ampliffy. You need to spruce it up. Put more effort and imagination into it. Pictures speak a thousand word. Need pictures of models with beautiful hair. I'm sure you can get them from the manufacturers of your products along with some other marketing materials. My first thought was that your storefront is too plain and impersonal, tell something about yourself and your business but be professional. I wondered if your customer service would be good. If you don't put out much effort to get customers attention they will automatically think the overall service is poor. Look at the other sellers that have been around awhile and take some pointers from them. Most importantly, don't hesitate to get professional help. You need a site makeover!
Perhaps it's because the interface doesn't look professional that the visitors may think this a bogus store.
