I have a torn ACL can I get my licence?

If it's not your "driving leg" and you're driving an automatic car, it may not make a difference. But then again, you didn't say what type of license. I've had 4 strokes, neurosurgery 7 times, had slips, falls, what have you and I recently fractured my ankle. I am still in possession of a valid Real Estate Salespersons' License and likely could have gotten that regardless.
