Can you help me with my recording difficulties?
it is the nwz-a729 and i have tried everything to get videos on it but when i get the videos it ai always the wrong format. the format must be; MPEG-4, AVC(H.264/AVC) Can you please help me to get videos on there?

You haven't specified the main formats of videos you use, but assuming you use something like AVI - it is easy to convert them by using a special software. If you do use AVI, then use this website http://www.sharewareguide.net/article/Guide/guide:how-to-convert-video-to-mpeg4,-such-as-avi-to-mpeg4,-mpeg-to-mpeg4-and-vob-to-mpeg4-with-this-mpeg4-converter.html otherwise, just contact me on my profile page.
Hopefully you have enough information to get you started, search on Google what format your video is and include "Convert to MPEG-4" or "AVC" etc.
