M$OS X and Linux can both create and mount ISO's natively. For Windows I suggest trying Daemon Tools: http://www.daemon-tools.cc/

Another option is to buy an external USB CD/DVD Drive. They are around $35-40 but I'm sure you could find even cheaper than that.
