I have a Furla bag and it's still under warranty. I can't get a response from the corporate office. I want my bag fixed.

I want to get my bag fixed. I bought the bag in San Marcos, TX, at an outlet, but the Furla store closed and I can't get help. I have contacted the corporate office twice with no response and I am angry. This bag is under warranty and they are suppose to be great bags. I have my doubts.

I need help.
