I have a 3 interface hard drive, one port is USB 2.0, one is FireWire 800, and, Firewire 400, if i plug more than one in, what happens?

Usually only one will work at a time because the drive is only able to process one input at a time. Unfortunately I do not have any Lacie Drives (I find them to die quickl) so I cannot test it for you but I'd recommend experimenting. Most likely it will only accept input/output from one at a time.
