Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Ultimately...consult a doctor...but I will tell you my personal experience.
I get shakey all the time...I am no Anemic and I have had every blood test done to date. I have had this problem since I was 12 years old...After years of questioning and wonder they finally realized...it's stress...simple as that. I was always upset, depressed, suicidal, and down right unhappy with everything. Now that I have tried to keep my head up the shaking doesn't happen nearly as much. I have learned new ways to deal with my depression and unhappy thoughts and I don't take any medication.

I'm not saying this is going on with you but I had a similar issue so I thought I would share my experience. But definetly contact a doctor!

I've included a link to a website I have checked time and time again when I feel I have received the wrong diagnosis or am looking for more reason.

Hopefully my answer helps and hang in there! Best of luck!

You're welcome. And if you ever want to just talk and get things off your shoulder and not be judged or have to worry about what you say being spread around your area...just let me know...send me a direct question. I always found it easier to talk to someone who has been there but isn't right at home...someone who is further away but knows exactly where I am....My doors open! Best of luck :)

Could be a few things. Have you had your blood glucose checked. Low blood sugar can cause shakiness. If you notice it's around the time when you ar really hungry, or haven't eaten in a few hours. It may be that. It might not mean your diabetic or anything it may just mean your letting you blood sugar get to low. I believe this is called Hypoglicemia and it is curable and does go away, you just have to monitor you blood sugar. Protein will help this.
