I can't seem to get to working prototype despite two years of hard work. I have found an outsource but they cost.
I need a basic working prototype to get the funding I need to launch but I can't get the talent I need to finish the product without funding. My business is www.forex.co.ke and it's an online consumer currency exchange for emerging markets. I have done talent for equity swaps twice already and they have brought us quite far down along the path bu have still proven inadequate to completing the task. I now have found a Eastern European software outsource to complete the job for me but I cannot raise the money they need (50K+) USD. I need a working prototype to get funding but I need funding to get a working prototype, how can I break this deadlock?
