One of the avenues, wherein you can look for angel investors for your online business is by coordinating with your city's established business organizations, wherein some members happen to be individuals or entities that are on the lookout for potential investment opportunities.
In addition, you can coordinate with an federal agency tasked to assist start-up firms for sources of funding. Another avenue for funding I suggest you take a good look, is Go4funding.com, an online platform dedicated to provide both investors and idea thinkers an avenue to meet and find their respective business partners.

M$Apart from the suggestions of @edwardclint on where to find angel investors, I find that a very good way of doing it is to go on the big social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn and make contacts, make friends, put your request right into your profile. Make your social network profile shine! And don't be afraid to ask!
Talk about your idea incessantly, write yourself a good short "intro" which you memorize and tell everybody and you'll see it won't be long until you attracted an angel investor, forex is very popular these days.
Wishing you the best of luck!
