@bethemus disagree. I think there was plenty of evidence including DNA a ton of circumstantial. I think people in the US are upset about this verdict but it wasn't tried in an American court - where the outcome might have been different. If you read your passport you are subject to the laws of that country, and if she wanted the US justice, she should have been involved in a crime in the US. Just my 2cents
25 years is the minimum sentence for the crime she was convicted of in Italy. There were 3 people convicted. All 3 people got 25 years. Amanda got an extra year because she lied on the stand and said she was slapped around by police. Rudy got more time because the judge thought he was UNremorseful and had bad court behavior. Raffelle got only 25 because he didn't even take the stand and as I said, that was the minimum for the conviction. It really had nothing to do with the fact that the court thought she was innocent.
SHE IS NOT GUILTY!!! If you look at the evidence, there is no real possibility that she did it. It is the first guy that got convicted. The Italian government is corrupt and they convicted ther to make themselves look good. I offically BOYCOTT Italy!
