I cannot get the home screen. I am stuck on the phone number 'favorites' screen.
My screen is stuck on the favorites screen. cannot go back to the main screen with the icons. the thumbnail button at the bottom does not work.

Does this problem persist after you have reset the phone? ( Hold the power and home button until the screen goes black and then hold power again to boot the phone. )
