I cannot find what my 2008 tax refund was and I need it for 2009 tax return. How can I find it. C Fossee
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If you don't have access to the internet you can call them at 1.800.829.1040.

M$The other easy answer is to ask your bank, if you had the check direct deposited or took it down yourself. Most banks have online banking features, and if it doesn't go back far enough to the deposit of that refund, you can probably visit your bank branch and they'll look it up for you.
The IRS has a "where's my refund" page that would tell you, but the catch is, you already have to know how much it is before you can log on. This is the page link, and maybe there is some information about tracking down information from previous years: http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=200571,00.html
Good luck.
