I ate too much greasy foods last night. What should I eat to calm my stomach?

Also I'm a vegetarian :)

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Ice cold 7Up. Slug down a whole can as quick as possible. Then walk around the house a few minutes, Yes, it will cause a large burp but you will feel much better after.

This one is counter intuitive...
One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. If you can't get it down, put it in four or five ounces (small juice glass) of cool water.

Try the 7Up first

I find antacids to be a waste of money and for the most part they leave a terrible aftertaste for hours.

Personal experience.
They both work for me and have been using them for years.
The vinegar idea ( crazy as it sounds ) came from my great grandmother. She was born in 1860 and lived 101 years. It certainly had no ill effect on her.

You could try some peppermint or chamomile tea, they both help soothe the stomach. Flat ginger ale helps too.

Have some Naan with some hummus. There is enough content from protein and carbs in this combo to offset the queasiness from grease.
