Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I'm sorry your question has gone so long without being answered. I'm not an authority in any way about North Carolina, so my results are limited to what was posted by the media.
There are 46 Districts in the North Carolina court systems organized in 8 districts.
The Guilford District Court alone seated nine sitting judges and three new District judges. No mention is made how many are Superior Court judges.
At least 1 new superior court judge was seated in the fifth district, New Hanover County. There may have been more, but the first woman sworn in there made the news.
There are 2 newly elected District Court judges in Iredell County along with 1 newly elected Superior Court judge.
1 District Judge was seated in March in the Davidson County Courthouse, an appointment filling in for Judge Royster.
It looks like there were 2 new District judges in District 8 representing for Lenoir, Lane, and Green Counties.
There was 1 new Superior Court Judge sworn in for District 16-B and 1 new Superior Court Judge. As the latter was formerly a District Court Judge, I presume there is a new judge filling his old position.
I think that works out to 6 districts (although the 16-B designation has me a little wary how comprehensive this information is.) I count 4 Superior Court Judges and 9 District Judges.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections has a good results page (first cited link). If you knew who the incumbent judges were, you might easily be able to make a more accurate count.
I hope this helps, and apologize once again for your question remaining unanswered for so long.
