i am thinking about creating a level on halo3 any ideas on what theme i should do?
name the level like sandbox, orbital, stuff like that and what theme to do on that level

Sandbox is an excellent level to construct on, since you can use nearly every piece available in forge mode and there are three different terrains you can build on (the sky by accessing the floating teleporter in forge mode, the ground level that you start at, and the hidden crypt below that you access by removing the center ground piece).
You can make some pretty cool infection games, those are always fun. An old-fashioned slayer with no shields and pistols only, or an all swords slayer match is my favorite.
Mazes with teleporters are pretty good fun as well.
