It depends, of course, mainly on the families involved. But, more broadly, it also depends upon which version of Christianity and which version of Hindu the two people and their families are part of. For example, if the Christian is Unitarian Universalist and the Hindu is Bramo Samaj everyone will get along just fine. On the other hand, if the Christian is Fundamentalist Christian and the Hindu is Fundamentalist Hindu there could be big trouble. Also, it depends upon where you live. In the USA or Britain, for instance, whatever problems there may be are likely to be worked out in time. In India, especially outside of the big cities, there may be serious problems in the community.
