I want to be able to remove the shower head so I can wash all over.
I want high pressure
I want multi settings such as massage and stream etc etc
I want a large amount of water not just a small spray
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I highly recommend this shower head:

Hansgrohe Raindance S 120 AIR Chrome Combination Shower Set

It's available at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It does everything you are looking for it to do and is stylish, too!

Any of the Rain Showerheads from Waterpik are great. http://www.waterpik.com/shower-head-products/rain-shower/
However if you want high pressure, lots of water, you'll have to hack your shower head. Where your shower head screws onto the water pipe there will be a plastic tab, take a pair of needle nose pliers and rip it out.
Viola, low flow showerhead becomes a high flow showerhead and it is wonderful. Just try not to think about how much water you're using while you shower.

Um, depending on where you live, this might be illegal. Better check first.

I like the Original Shower Massage from Waterpik. I have tried other brands, but none are as good as the Shower Massage. Of their current models, I think the 8-mode model SM-85W is the best because it has so much variety.

I purchased one of these at Costco:

Waterpick Twin Turbo

It is a great showerhead for $40

I went on a quest for a new shower head recently. What I originally looked for was something very similar to what you describe: high pressure; multiple modes. A hose connection wasn't the highest priority for me. This led me to try

Waterpik Medallion 12

The hand-held analog to this would be something like

Waterpik Medallion 6

The problem with this shower head was that the spray was too collimated. I wanted more immersion, so I decided to forego the "12" modes of the first link for

Waterpik AquaScape 2, which was also available at our local home depot. You can swivel the head up to 90 degrees, and there are two settings. I haven't had any regrets.
