Yes I've used the same website for every recipe but it is one of the best :) I can guarantee that if you follow the recipe and read the comments left by other cooks you'll make it 100% just right!!
Lemon shortbread - its a GREAT recipe, works out perfectly, don't let the mixture get warm

Turkish Delight - this is the classic no added extras but be warned, don't make it too far in advance if the weather is warm or hot, it melts!!

Strawberry Jam - lovely with decorated lids and labels. Use good fruit, not bruised. Bruised fruit can make your jam tart and lacking in flavor

White Christmas - I love this at Christmas, my kids request a different one every year. I'll give you a few varieties

All wrapped up in fancy tins and jars its a great idea for a gift. I used to get the kids to decorate and help too, they had fun :)

M$peppermint bark -super easy to do, just smash up some candy canes, melt almond bark white chocolate, run some wax paper along a countertop, and once the two are mixed, pour out to cool on the wax paper, then break up
coffee stirring spoons - for this I use white and dark almond bark chocolate, melted in small batches with different extracts and bakery flavourings added. For example, last year I added cheesecake flavouring to white chocolate, cranberry to milk and peppermint to dark). Dip a plastic spoon in each (just the bowl end) and set on waxed paper to dry. Tie a small bag over the chocolate end and tie off with a curly ribbon, with a tag for the flavour attached
ritz sandwiches - make a sandwich of two ritz crackers with peanut butter inside. Dip completely in melted chocolate, then in chopped peanuts. Dry on waxed paper. This is also fabulous with nutella inside and chopped hazelnuts outside.
I make more complicated items like divinity, pecan pralines, buttercreams, fudge, and pecan logs with home made caramel, but those are a bit more involved and need candy thremometers to make.
