I am looking for an anime series that was recorded by my brother in the 90s. I assume that this anime came on Scifi but it's a scifi genre.
I am looking for an anime series that was recorded by my brother in the 90s. I assume that this anime came on Scifi but it’s a scifi genre. The name escapes me and the characters but I can describe the characters, plot, and events.
The beginning takes place where a bounty hunter in his space shuttle I attacked or goes missing. His sister who has brown hair is an apprentice and goes in search of him because she believes he was killed by a monster like alien that feeds off of his enemies and they become apart of him. She searches for him and this monster for a very very long time going from planet to planet wearing the title of an apprentice even though she wants to be a hunter. She calls herself a hunter occasionally. The point is with the help of an orphan boy she meets on one planet very hot- they find this alien. In the alien flips the tentacles of his head the exact way her brother did. And she remembers that her brother wore beads in his hair. Lucky beads that she wears as well. And he used to always flick his.

I absolutly remember than anime! It was on the sci fi channel when they ran anime movies at 4am every day. I believe the main character (named Iria) wound up with the orphan because he took her hunters amulet, and she was in the process of getting it back when the alien appeared. The Anime is called Iria Zeiram the Animation, I'm actually looking for it too. If I find anything out i'll post it here for you.
