I am looking for a used 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP Convertible Blue exterior with Light Taupe interior. Where?
I've checked all of the normal sites like carsoup, autotrader, cars.com, etc. Also, I am absolutely sure it exists.

Do you have a Carmax in your area? They'll ship inventory from one lot to another for buyers - and you can check their Web site to see what they currently have - http://www.carmax.com/
You might also have some luck posting a "wanted" ad on Craigslist, in all of the areas you're willing to travel to pick it up if you manage to find a seller. That would, of course, require you to exercise some extra precautions, like arranging to meet the seller in a public location (wouldn't want to get ambushed in the guy's creepy, haunted house or something).
If I were looking for this car, and those ideas didn't pan out, I'd go make friends with the folks at the dealerships in my area. Not just the ones handling Pontiac, either, because the pre-owned lots that are attached to some dealerships are home to trade-ins and such. It wouldn't be a bad idea to check in with those folks regularly, and see if they might be really cool and keep your contact information in case something turns up.
Oh, and you didn't mention eBay Motors, so I'll go ahead and suggest that as well.

Sister's BF just spent several months trying to locate a Honda Civil Del Sol - which wasn't easy to find. He did all sorts of things to try and track one down, including the stuff that I mentioned.
