There are a number of good choices for banquet halls in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It really depends on the type of event and number of people. Of course the major hotels like the Marriot, Westin and Renascence hotels offer banquet facilities. If you were interested in a hotel, my personal choice would be the William Penn Hotel, which is now an Omni hotel. They have a wonderful kitchen and beautiful and elegant banquette rooms.
Many of Pittsburgh’s institutions also offer banquet options. You can for example host an event at the Pittsburgh Aviary or Carnegie Museum. You can also have an event at Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers or PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Of course these choices are seasonal in nature although Heinz Field has indoor facilities and you can rent company suites for events.
