I am in florida and on tier 1 of my unemployent. My benefits are to expire May 15th. Am I eligable for the new extension 2010 to tier 2?

I am in florida and on tier 1 of my unemployent. My benefits are to expire May 15th. Am I eligable for the new extension 2010 to tier 2?

I was told i was not eligable for any extensions but I havent even hit tier 2 yet. Is this possible?
