1. Go for a hot air balloon ride! Especially if you've never done it, it will be an incredibly memorable experience. Take along some champagne and a camera.

2. Be a kid again and go to a place like Chuck E. Cheese's or any arcade. It may seem silly, but it can be so much fun! Afterwards, you can go out for a few drinks to feel like an adult again.
