RECKITT BENCKISER
Patient Assistance Program
Patient assistance programs (PAPs) are programs created by drug companies, such as RECKITT BENCKISER, to offer free or low cost drugs to individuals who are unable to pay for their medication. These Programs may also be called indigent drug programs, charitable drug programs or medication assistance programs. Most of the best known and most prescribed drugs can be found in these programs. All of the major drug companies have patient assistance programs, although every company has different eligibility and application requirements.
The RECKITT BENCKISER patient assistance program offers free medication to people who otherwise cannot afford their medications. Patients must meet financial and other program specific criteria to be eligible for assistance.
To find out how to apply for medication assistance from the RECKITT BENCKISER patient assistance program, visit our Patient Center and use our Database to search for the medication needed.
For a complete listing of RECKITT BENCKISER medications available through their patient assistance programs, see below:

M$I know exactly what you mean about not being able to afford it!!! There is no doctor on my reservation that even deals with opiate addiction, so I have to travel over a hundred miles to get to my doctor and than I have to figure out how to pay for the suboxone. I wish that someone could just see that I entered into this program willingly thinking that it was going to be an answer to my prayers. I think that it might cost more than the drug i was using and not as readily available as the drug I was on. I NEED HELP!!! PLEASE!! I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT AND TRYING TO RELIEVE MYSELF FROM OPIATE ADDICTION, BUT I CAN'T AFFORD IT. IT IS SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!

M$I am i taking Suboxone to get off of Oxycodone!! I am in a outpatient rehab practice! I have been on Methadone, Roxycodone for over 12 years and I have to take this medication!! I will be weened off it slowly when the time is rright!
Thx for your answer though. P.S. Suboxone anly hac .5 Mg of opiates in it compared to the 30 MG roxycosone I was taking So even if I went off it cold turkey the withdrawals would be next to nothing in comparison to The other pain medication I was on!
Kevin
Suboxone can not even be prescribed for pain. It is also not 'highly' addictive as far as opioid and opiate medications are concerned. Suboxone only does partially what the pain killers (hydro, oxy, morphine, etc) do fully. Suboxone also contains a second drug which blocks pain killers; thus if you took a pain killer while on sub, you would be in some miserable withdrawal stage.
It's nice to be told your answer is unhelpful when all you are trying to do is be helpful. I appreciate it!

The patient assistance programs are invaluable, although it may take a few weeks to process the paperwork. In the meantime, you might try asking your doctor about short-term options to keep your condition stable until you can restart the Suboxone.
I'm happy to help! I've been taking 200 mgs of Ultram ER for about a year now, and I stumbled on to some sites where people talk about their horrible withdrawal symptoms while trying to get off of it, so I did some online research and found out it was addicting, and I became concerned, so I plan on getting off of it ASAP.
The problem for people with chronic pain is that most of the medications we need for quality of life are addicting or cause liver/renal problems when taken long term. I am going on vacation this coming week, and when I get back I plan on beginning the process of getting off of the Ultram. I just don't know what alternatives will be for handling my pain, but I don't want to stay on any medication long enough to become addicted to it. I'm wondering if I change frequently, I can get pain relief without worries about addiction.
I wish you all the best. I hope you are able to find the right program to get the assistance you and your treatment goes well.
