i am already evil(skin pale/red eyes etc) but how do i become corrupt. to where i look more sinister or get horns..any1

You have to do corrupt things such as raising the rent/prices on buildings and stalls. Then there's sleeping for 7 days straight at a time. That I know from experience but I read you can also threaten people, have unprotected sex, massacre entire towns and sacrifice people (even better to sacrifice spouses and Temple of Light monks) to the Temple of Darkness.
