Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I didn't have an actual boyfriend until I was 18. I grew up just fine. :)

This is perfectly normal, don't worry!
Having a boyfriend is not a necessity at any age, and as much as a cliche it may sound, it happens when it happens. If you worry over having a boyfriend, you may compromise yourself and settle for someone you don't really like, or who doesn't treat you right just for the sake of having a boyfriend.
It may sound difficult, but you should focus on just being you. The right guy will be attracted to you because you are happy and confident in who you are. So just have fun, and the right guy will come along when you are ready for him.

Yes. Don't worry. In fact, in my opinion, it would be better to have a boyfriend after you reach the age of 17-18 at least. Unless, you really want one. But do not start doing things like sex and so on at this age. When you do it, do it with the one that your are going to marry to. I am 23 years old, and do not have a girlfriend (and do not had one before).

Having a boyfriend or not is your choice. Its only you who should take decisions in this matter. It is indeed a serious matter. If ye're in a relation then you should always define limits which your partner shouldn't cross.

But its absolutely normal that you are not in a relation. But as the other one's sayin' that don't indulge in sex, is a good point. If, by chance, ye decide to get attached then don't do anything that could make you regret the whole life. Like I said draw some lines in your relation, which you shan't cross!

You've never traveled, jumped out of an airplane, written a book, composed a song, climbed Mt. Everest, gotten your Diploma, created a work of art, swum the English Channel or won an award for your mad cooking skills either.

There's a lot in life worth doing that you can look forward to. If "having a boyfriend" is at the top of your list - well, let's just say there's more to life than boys. Don't let that be your major achievement in life. Strive for something more.
