I came across this article the other day from Texas Woman's University: 52 Proven Stress Reducers.

The tips provided above are for stress prevention. However, there are couple of tips (which I have used myself) that you can do when you are (highly) stress at the moment.
- Get up and stretch periodically
- Take a long deep breath.
- Talk it out - usually with good friends of mine.

Work outs are good! I know that after a good run or lifting weights has a way to take everything that I have stress about and giving it an avenue to be realeased from my body. I have heard more than one trainer say that working out releases endorfins, and it's the endorfins that can make us feel better or at least lessen the stress!
