Absolutely.  Birthdays are the one day a year that you should be allowed to call the shots - pick out what the family is going to eat for dinner - whether you are going to help out with chores or not - watch whatever you want on TV.  It's your day.

Go ahead and cry.

But I recommend a good laugh instead
