I would first ask for an exlcusive contract in exchange for supplying you with as many as you will ever need.

I would recruit medical students to steal toes from medical cadavers and sell you thousands. I will share a cut with the students but become a billionaire myself.. :-)

Two each from each foot - they're slightly used though, and the metatarsal heads were all fractured in a car accident a few years ago from my right foot...

Well, I'd sell you all 10, spend a few hundred thousand (hell, why not a cool million) to get some new ones, and then pocket the rest.

Hundreds. There are lots of people I could find who would sell me their toes for one hundred thousand dollars each. I will take these toes and resell them to you for one million.
