I love humour, but I am desperately unfunny. Can one "learn" to become more humourous to a certain extend and if so how and where?

Humor is for the most part nothing more then a human emotion. It isn't something you learn but something as much as it is something you learn to express.
You could however learn to become a comedian. The telling of the joke (delivery) is as much of the actually joke as the punchline within the joke. Its an art form to deliver the joke in such a way that taking some so mundane and unfunny and turning it into a very humorous story/joke.
By the way, some of the funniest people in the world consider themselves "unfunny" and that is what makes their humor so much funnier.

I love to make people laugh and hope to laugh every single day of my life. I think it's the way you see a situation that makes it amusing, its "mindset" and takes years of practice to become so twisted. LOL

There is a recipe for a wit sharpening potion in Harry Potter And The Goblet of Fire, chapter 27, pages 447-450. Which goes:
Powdered scarab beetles
Chopped ginger root
Armadillo bile
Im sure that in your remote location of Spain you should be able to find these ingredients.
Good luck LOL

I too love to make people laugh. My girlfriend hates the fact I am always joking around. She says I'm related to Bob Hope - No Hope is my name she has for me. lol
I HAD years of practice to become so twisted! LOL Just got this bad memory to remember all the word plays and jokes, but I´m working on it. Being a witch, thanks for the recipe from Harry Potter, yes, is possible to brew this up here, will make one up. Are you coming along to share it? Tried to tip you for this but how can I tip in smaller amounts than one M$? Haven´t got that much yet, but yours answers were certainly worth it!
I think you can give yourself an edge by learning more about humor and comedy, studying other bits, perfecting your timing, using a mirror, recording yourself, trying out jokes on other people, etc.
But you can never completely make up for natural humor talent. Some people are just funny out of the womb.

Comedy is all about timing, or in rare occasions... the lack there of.
When I was young, I wanted to learn how to be funny.
I was advised to take an Improv class.

Depending on where you're located, you can most likely find classes at any continuing adult education centers or colleges.
I would just type in "improvisational theatre" with your location into your browser and see what you can find!
When I took these classes, I learned not just comedy but many other tools that I continue to use, such as brainstorming and working as a team. Improv also helps to keep that imaginative part of your brain working, while being in the moment. I believe it can teach you great comedic skills that you'll keep for a long time.
Just build up the nerve to sign up for one of these classes. It's not as scary as it sounds, plus you might make some friends for life!
Here's a video from the Groundlings which is a great comedy improv group.
