I think it's funny--very satirical. People *could* be offended; but then again people *could* be offended about anything.
On the serious side, anyone--anyone! is capable of being stereotypical about anyone else. They choose whether they want to stereotype, which puts people at an arms' length from each other at best and at worst results in wars--or whether they choose to take each people as an individual, on their own merits and their own assessment of themselves. With kindness. Not as a member of a class or a specific group, because then you're making assumptions that might not apply.

It's not the least bit offensive. It is mildly humorous in its list of curious and sometimes ironic fashions. However, the main problem is that it's named wrong. I don't actually know what a common name for the folks the list pokes fun at, it might be Yuppie. It's definitely not White People, the great majority of whom have entirely different tastes. It also seems a bit hit or miss, maybe because it does not select out a generation.
