Techcrunch about a year ago plugged a couple suggestions and I have heard from fellow Mahaloians that they work, however they never worked for me (in Canada) but you can give them a shot.

hmm, well hopefully somebody else would chime in, I am not too up on what exactly Apple TV is.
I understand, I currently use Hotspot shield on my laptop. But I need to do something for the Apple Tv. I guess I could "internet share" from my laptop to the Apple Tv... but there has to be a better alternative than that.
