Basically, you have completed the main storyline but not every possible side quest.

M$Well mainly what you did was just beat the game, you have to go finish all the other missions and extra's there are to do, (examples, find all brucies cars, shoot all pigions ext..) I am still playing and am at something like 87% or so.
