How you plan all things to do on Memorial day weekend and you're broke?

If you are completely broke, I'd plan a picnic. Take whatever kind of food you have. Be creative about it. It doesn't have to be a "normal" picnic. You can also invite friends and family members to join you and bring their own dish.
You can go camping- either some place free, or in your own back yard.
Borrow a movie from a good friend and pop some popcorn. Better yet, put your TV outside with some comfortable chairs. Invite your neighbors and friends to watch a movie that night! You can also ask them to bring their favorite snack.
Set up the sprinklers and borrow a slip in slide.
Go on a bike ride.
