How you ever used http://seesmic.com/, if so, have you ever talked to Loic Le Meur @loiclemeur?

Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

No, but quite an interesting concept.

However, goes against a simple insight - text remains the most efficient way to channel information - consider, it'll take you faster to read this then if i were to send you an audio or video file of my reply.

Unless, you're doing something with video which uniquely only videos can do... and i saw no evidence of that there.

Also, guess they need to create some kind of a categorization and content retrieval mechanism there, unless i'm missing something big time.

I've used Seesmic.com, but I'm not too crazy about the design and interface of the service. Also, talking into a web cam is not really my medium--I like words.

That being said, I'm good friends with Loic and I think he's a great guy!
