how would you set up a system for selling legalized marijuana?

what kind of model would you follow? would the government make money from taxes like they do for tobacco? create an incentive for growers to grow and sell to companies rather than on the black market.

Same as tobacco. Growers sell to companies who process and package, distribute to licensed dealers for retail sale to adults.

Off tax deduction to Land owners and companies growing and selling this, but also have to licence the Growers, and sellers, and the buyers. To make sure they are growing it properly, Selling it propertly, and that the buyers are using it in a safe manner... have a percentage tax on the sales part of it.. That can go back in and cover the Tax deduction as well as go back into our health care system... Another incentive could be extra security around the landowners, and store owners home.. - DNatureofDTrain
