You can warp image using warp transformation, you can warp images into virtually any shape you wish. First create some space by choosing Image >> Canvas size and add space. You can also drag a copy of the image by dragging its layer to the New Layer icon at the bottom right of the Layers Palette. This preserves the original. Now select edit >> Transform >> warp, from the option bar >> custom pull down menu you can select a warp shape, you can also modify the warp shape from option bar, you can change some settings here to modify and fine-tune your auto shape.
